FOR A 1997 FORD TRACTOR

1997 Ford Tractor, Model 7610    S/N 256000M/76102WD

Town of Malvern accepting Sealed bids, for a 1997 Ford Tractor, Model 7610.  All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked, SEALED TRACTOR BID at the Town Hall 312 S. Main Street, Malvern, AL by the Municipal Clerk, or can be mailed to Town of Malvern, P.O. Box 98, Malvern, AL  36349.  Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on March 1, 2022.  Town of Malvern is not responsible for Sealed bids that were mailed and not delivered by the March 1, 2022, 4:00 pm cut-off time. 

Bids should include your Contact Information such as your Name, Address , email and phone number.  It should include your bid price in both, figure ex: $5,010.00 and written out ex: Five thousand and ten dollars and zero cents.  It, must also have your signature and your name printed out.  Successful bidder has until March 11, 2022 to pay for and remove sold item Town of Malvern will accept a cashier’s check (should be made out to Town of Malvern) or cash. 

1997 Ford Tractor is to be sold  “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranty expressed or implied.  ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT ITEM PRIOR TO BIDDING.                   

The 1997 Ford Tractor, Model 7610, 80HP is in good working condition, has a new battery just installed and reads 1,941 engine hours.  It does not include tractor lift arms or pull bar.  It can be seen at Sawyer’s Produce off of Hwy 52,  220 W. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened and read during the Town of Malvern’s Regular Council Meeting at the Malvern Community Building on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 6:00 pm

The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids when, in its opinion, it deems the bids to be less than adequate consideration for the personal property, and/or to waive any informality in the bidding.  Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered.
